From first check to a clear client brief.

1. Confirm the contracting entity. Match the name, identifiers, and licence to the quote.
2. Save it to the right client folder. Add notes and record the checks you completed.
3. Review changes with their sources. Each change shows what happened and when. Failed or overdue checks remain visible.
4. Export the evidence you reviewed. Keep a dated client brief for the decision record.

Clear limits.

NSW coverage. One account operator; team roles and client portals are not included. Removing a monitor frees a slot. It does not grant ongoing monitoring rights to that builder.

Cancel renewal through account billing. Monitoring continues to the paid-period end. Saved evidence stays available read-only afterwards.
