Regulatory records
Public disciplinary and enforcement findings with source dates. Archive-removal events are separate from original findings. A removal notice is never counted as a fresh finding.
Archived evidence reflects what was published at the capture date. Read the source, context, and current position.
Company and ABN records
Stored company status and identifiers where linked. Unknown is not registered, solvent, or clear. Coverage can be incomplete. ABR checks are not presented as live monitoring without a proven check path.

- No matching finding in a completed check
- The specified source check succeeded without a match. This is not a safety guarantee.
- Not checked
- There is no completed source-specific check.
- Check overdue
- The last successful check is older than the source’s scheduled interval.
- Source unavailable
- The check failed or the response was incomplete. The prior evidence is not upgraded to a clear result.
Monitoring follows source schedules, with last attempt, last success, and next due times shown in your workspace. A generic entity update time does not prove that every source was checked.
Limits and corrections
We do not supply credit reports, predict financial distress, detect phoenix activity, or certify a builder. Private checklist answers record user actions.
If a record is wrong, missing context, or needs correction, contact us with the builder profile URL, source, and the specific fact. Do not send unnecessary personal or payment details.
