Source dates and missing checks are part of the answer. An empty result is not proof that a builder is safe. Coverage is NSW only for this release.
We do not supply credit reports, predict financial distress, detect phoenix activity, or promise complete development-application history. HBC records need a separate check for your site and contract.

How often do checks run?
Paid builder monitoring has not launched. Each enabled source has its own schedule. Your workspace shows when a check last succeeded and when the next one is due. A delayed or failed source stays visible.
Will you tell me which builder to choose?
No. We organise dated facts and questions for your decision. We do not rank builders or certify safety.
