What does the A$79 Build Watch add?

For a NSW builder: a saved, dated report, private notes and a checklist, and 24 months of scheduled checks, deposit to handover, with a notice when a supported record changes. Paid once per build. No automatic renewal.

Does a clear check mean a builder is safe?

No. A check shows what supported public sources held when checked. It cannot predict future work. Confirm the legal entity, licence class and HBC (NSW) or home warranty (QLD) cover for your site before you pay.
